Claro rolls out iPhone 3G

Complete contract
In order for individuals to get an iPhone, they will need to complete a contract in-store and choose from three plans based on their needs. There is the 18-month, two-year and three-year plans. Customers pay $4,600.84 per month, irrespective of the plan they choose. Each plan attracts an upfront deposit to be paid.
However, if individuals become delinquent in honouring their contract, they have to pay a penalty of $1,316.36 each month for the remainder of the contract, without being able to access the service. The collections department will send out a monthly statement advising the customer about their bill.

REQUIRED CUSTOMER INFORMATION
- Valid ID (passport, driver's licence, national ID)
- Proof of address (two recent utility bills)
- Credit statement or bank statement with address on it.
- Deposit.
- Completed contract written up in store.
- Proof of income (last three pay slips)
- Three recent remittance slips or bank statements (for self-employed persons).
