Magna Cards: Five years and going strong

This year Magna Card is celebrating five years. The company has been rewarding thousands of customers with free vouchers that can be redeemed for purchases made at any of the participating Magna Rewards partner stores.
How does Magna work?
Magna Rewards is an electronic card-based loyalty programme designed to reward customers of participating partners in a meaningful way.
The programme offers customers free bonus points with every purchase when shopping at Magna partner locations.
Magna Rewards currently operates in Barbados, St Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, Antigua, St Vincent, Grenada and Jamaica.
Magna Rewards started operations in October 2003, with an initial mailout of 60,000 and currently has over 1.2 million patrons.
THE FACTS- The Magna Card is free to all customers.
- Rewards are earned when you spend more than J$200 before general consumption tax at any Magna partner locations.
- Rewards will be accumulated on your account at the Magna Centre. Once you have accumulated the required reward points (70 points), a voucher will be sent to you, which can be redeemed at Magna partner stores.
- Magna cards are issued to individuals, not companies.
- Magna points will not be issued to customers who shop on behalf of a company or an organisation.
- The more the card is used, the more the customer is given the opportunity to earn and redeem rewards.
- A maximum of five persons can be on one account - a primary cardholder, and four secondary cardholders. Each person will have his or her individual card with the same account number; however, the voucher will be issued in the primary cardholder's name.
